- tricky to find but worth the search
The first time we tried to find T's, both the map on happy cow and Google maps couldn't show us where to go. A few days later we managed to find it near Keiyo Street at Tokyo Station, hidden away to the side. It's inside the station so you need a ticket. I had an Apple Lemonade Tea that was to die for! My partner had a Caramel Tea which was also great, sweet too. We had the lunch set of Ramen with rice and soy meat. The soy meat was incredible, and the ramen was good but I got one without much of a broth so will try again next time
