I don't know much about breadmaking, etc. but I can tell by eating the 5 or 6 breads I've bought from Der Akkord that it's pure quality and authenticity. In terms of volume, the breads might seem expensive, but try it once and you'll notice that your jaw starts to fatigue after chewing so much on one single bite. Indeed, this bread is consistent; it has substance. This bread has nothing to do with your standard slice of toast which can be easily compressed into the shape of a ping-pong ball. Der Akkord bread tastes different, feels different, and is sold differently, i.e with lots of smiling and enthusiasm. Now I must reiterate my opening statement, I don't know much about breadmaking. However, from what I read on their little pamphlet explaining their all natural and healthy method of preparation, I am convinced Der Akkord is in accordance with all aspects of spiritual and gustatory perfection.
