- Vegan + Chinese, what's not to love?
Since going vegan several months ago, Evergreen has been our go-to for Chinese food. The service is friendly, there are numerous options for vegans, and the food is excellent. Approximately $25 for a meal that includes two entrees, an appetizer, and tea (on the house) is an unbeatable deal. Added bonus: We always leave with leftovers. Sure the facility could use some upgrades/modernization, but we appreciate the unpretentious ambiance. This place is a hidden gem.
