We've been coming here for years. We take non-vegetarians here and they are always comfortable, surprised, pleased and evokes positive discussion and a results in a more open attitude about being vegetarian. The menu is reliable, yet always has fresh options - their specials are imaginative and reflect what's fresh and seasonal. We love Seva - it's our "go to" place whenever we want to reward ourselves, or just something that is comfortable. We have gone after "fancy" events, and after hiking - everything is welcome, nothing seems out of place.
