This is the (still new) restaurant of the Berlin celebrity vegan chef Björn Moschinski. The Kopps offers gourmet quality good plain German cuisine (gutbürgliches [deutsches] Essen), 100% vegan, 100% delicious, at quite acceptable prices. Totally nice, totally uBerlin. Without any doubt, it can be stated that the Kopps is one of the veg(etari)an metropolis Berlin highlights.
