- Disappointed by chef's attitude
In our 3 short visits to Berlin in the past year, my boyfriend and I went to Sfizy 5 times. From the first time when I had a starter with gorgonzola, I was sold! Not a fan of vegan cheese in general, but authentic blue cheese flavour made the pizzas work for me for a while. During our most recent visit I decided to order my favourite one but this time without the grated vegan cheese. For some reason this was a problem for the chef, which I honestly don't get as the cheese is clearly sprinkled over the pizza and is not blended either with the tomato sauce or with the additional gorgonzola. I hope this option is explored by the staff for the future.
