• Pleasent Surprise - Vegan Sunday Brunch

We had heard about the fantastic vegan brunch prepared by Chef Todd Grey, at the Muse, but we only recently had the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful experience. This is a breath of fresh air in the District - a nice sit down "classy" option for vegan/non-vegans alike. One of the best parts about this event, is that everything on the bar is vegan. Reservations are a must! The line was non-stop during our entire meal, and tables were only empty long enough for the staff to clean them. Todd Grey and his wife were extremely friendly, and walked around cleaning tables, serving food, and mingling with the guests with the rest of their staff. As a side note, the food was great, but it seemed more like appetizers, and desserts, versus full meal options. I would have loved to see a few more entrees offered on the buffet.
