- A must if you visit Asheville!
I came here by myself and sat at the counter. I got to see everything as it was cooked! The head chef (owner?) even talked to me as I ate my dessert. And my dessert was the best dessert I've ever eaten (even before I was vegan)!! I can't wait until I'm in Asheville next because there's no way I'm not going to Plant when I'm in town.
