Lunch time buffet, 25000 kip ($2.50). A dozen or so trays of food laid out, help yourself. Tasty fare, I enjoyed 3 plates, plus a coconut. Only open for lunch, outside seating is pleasant. Spoke to some cute Laos girls on their lunch break.
