We walked by the restaurant yesterday and we thought they were closed, but a friendly lady told us they are redecorating at the moment but they were in fact open. They have an extensive menu and it is all vegan! including mock crab, eggs, pancakes and much more. We ordered noodle soup, fried rice, fried and fresh springrolls and it was all delicious! Food came fairly quickly compared to most restaurants in Laos. Would recommend anyone to go here!
