I've lived in Denver for the past few years and have had the pleasure of eating here many many times! It's DELICIOUS!!! I absolutely recommend it to anyone - vegetarian, vegan or otherwise! My meat-eating family is visiting from NY and we're headed there tonight- after looking at the menu online, they are even excited YIPPY! Their vegan bakery also makes the BEST peanut butter cookies EVER!!! Grab one to go if you're too full! ENJOY!
