I really like Exki, because it must be the only food chain that you find everywhere (airports, train stations and a lot of neighborhoods in Paris)and there is always a warm and / or cold vegan option ! So your plane is in 30 minutes and you are starving : go to Exki ! It also remains open quite late in the evening, so you can grab a vegan salad à 10 PM before going back home : priceless !
