While traveling through Utah and Idaho, its very difficult to find anything vegan on the road, so when we pulled up to Bella's Mexican grill, we were pleasantly pleased that it have not only vegetarian choices, but also vegan ones too! They used soy cheese and it was tasty. I'd for sure go back here especially when traveling!
