- Great sandwiches
I have a confession to make...I'm in love with a sandwich, its name is Vegan Ground Seitan. It happened two nights ago at Looseleaf Lounge, a place that now offers several vegan sandwiches. It was love at first bite -a perfect combination of Uptons ground seitan, avocado, red peppers, tomato, Vegenaise, and Daiya cheese served on soft and tasty pumpernickel bread. I will be back many times for you Mr. Vegan Ground Seitan, you're the tastiest new vegan sandwich in the city! PS - The owner is very nice and very enthusiastic about adding vegan options. Also, this is a small cafe so seating is limited. They also carry vegan cookies and other baked items too. 5 cows from me (HC only allows me to give 4 though).
