  • Innovative but too processed

Sabyi produces many types if soy and gluten based "meats" which it sells to other companies and also serves in its restaurant. As a result, they offer many types of dishes (flank steak, hot dogs, "fish"), but they mostly contain a lot of these highly processed meats which smell and taste awfully like the real thing. Therefore, this might be a good place for hard-core meat eaters that want to give veganism a try. But if you are into wholefood-plant-based diets, this is not your place.
