- Mostly Vegan!
I live in Cochabamba and plenty of times had lunch here. I love that there is a buffet of salads and that they have bolivian dishes made vegan. So if anyone visit Bolivia as a Vegan I suggest you come and try some of our food. The price is now around 3 dollars. you have salad buffet, soup, main dish, dessert and juice. Never mind you should be careful picking your soup and main because normally one is vegetarian. The same for the dessert. Never mind you can always find something vegan. The owner of the restaurant is my friend and really good with vegans you can ask him whatever you want he won't get upset.
