When placing my order, the lady at the counter deliberately served me a piece of broken chocolate cake. When I asked her to change it for the non-broken piece, she refused and stated that it was what happened when cakes were heated. Strange because none of the other pieces were like that. Work on your customer service. Otherwise quite a nice place to go.
