Brewery Bay is probably the most popular local restaurant in Orillia and it boasts many vegetarian options. I haven't been back since going vegan, but from what I know of Brewery Bay they would gladly accommodate and I hope to confirm that for myself soon! The food has always been very delicious and the staff are very friendly. The one complaint about this place is that it can get noisy if it's even moderately busy.
