  • Terrible Dining Experience

I was shocked to have such terrible food when I ate at Bamboo Garden in August 2007 because of all the wonderful reviews I read here. Our fried bean-curd nugget appetizer was undercooked and the tofu inside was completely liquidy. My husband's entree was equally as terrible - the soy sauce had no flavor, and his bean curds had the same undercooked problem. My mock chicken left a lot to be desired. As far as vegetarian Chinese places, I thought this place was awful and I wouldn't go back.
