My family stayed here in August of 2011 and left feeling very impressed. The owners (and their dogs!) were friendly and the rates were fair. Our room was bright, spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast spread was wonderful (a large selection, which included fresh breads, juices, and fruit every day). We also found that the location of the B&B worked out very well for our holidays. From the Hastings train station (within walking distance of the B&B), we were able to take easy day-trips to destinations which included Brighton and Dover. This B&B is one that we highly recommend and one to which we look forward to returning.
