This place has the best pakoras ever. They're light and crisp. They appear to be a special house recipe, as I've never seen them so fresh and crisp elsewhere. They're great about getting your food as spicy or un-spicy as you like. One of my favorite vegetarian optional restaurants in St. Petersburg.
