Everyone who's in the know is aware of the Maoz falafel chain. It doesn't really need explaining. Great location in De Pijp area near the Heineken Brewery Building. The serviettes have a lovely message that reads "thank you for not eating (me)at". Good value sandwiches starting from €4.00 to €5.00 for a large with additional fillings of humous or aubergine.
