- okay but service pretty poor
The food here is decent and reasonably priced - genuine Arabic food and the falafel is nice (very green and mushy, didn't taste too oily which was nice). However, I came really for the vegalloumi - I asked clearly for the vegan one and was delighted but how similar it was to normal halloumi... Turns out it's because they gave me real halloumi. Ensure you really specify the vegan one - it's just deep fried tofu, which tastes nice but not really like halloumi. Also the Malaki is really doused in salt - tell them beforehand if you don't want them to over salt. Tasted good at the end of the day and maybe my German was the culprit with the vegalloumi misunderstanding. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back here, especially as the staff are so rude, but the food was nice.
