• Feeling Left Robbed and Abused...

I ordered chili cheese fries, and a burger, was charged $16. My food was cold, and portion of the fries was as a side of fries, not $6.10 worth. Also fries were undercooked. When asked to speak to a manager, the cook answered, would not tell me her name, and said I was the one being rude to her, when in fact, the customer was left feeling robbed, and abused. They offered to re-make my food, I do not trust them to make my food after I just complained, so I called again to ask for a refund, the person who answered my phone call, took my name, and phone number, and I have yet to hear from a manager. My husband complained on FaceBook, and someone replied about 5 hours later stating they "corrected" the complaint by offering to re-make the food. I refuse to allow someone to remake my food after a complaint... you know why... I just can't even image what the worker would do to my food. At any rate, I will take my business to the South Lamar location, friendly staff, well cooked food, and not overcharged.
