• veg food for the masses!

i am vegan and love the food at the lo pub/bistro, but this is the place where i can bring my non-veg friends, and they rave about it too! awesome salads, sandwiches, burgers...the coconut curry noodles are amazing, and so is the mushroom puff pastry...i pretty much love everything on the menu! you can eat in the bistro which is licensed (they serve bottled beer, wine and mixed drinks), but if you want to enjoy a pint and an (even more) causal atmosphere, the full menu is served in the pub as well. they have a different soup everyday, as well as a daily special (usually a burger or sandwich of some kind). if you're there when the vegan fish burger is the special, don't miss it! reasonable prices and friendly staff too. go now, it'll be your new favorite in the downtown area.
