- amazing every time
I live in the area and visit Ethos several times a month. Between my boyfriend and I, we've tried nearly everything on the menu (including a lot of the daily specials) and are never disappointed. I often bring people who aren't vegans/vegetarians and everyone I bring can't wait to go back again. The staff is always nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My personal favorite dish is "What's the dilly, filly?" on the ciabatta bread. They have an amazing brunch on Sundays, perfect for vegans and non-vegans alike.
