Hopefully this helps and is accurate: Enter from the southernmost entrance along St 141 (there's a Samsung store across the street). Inside, go 2 "blocks" north, then 2 "blocks" east. It's past some flower stalls. I ate at the SW one, it says vegetarian on the back wall of the stall. The food was good. Got rice, a spring roll, and 4 different items for $2.50. She spoke pretty good English too. Note: the stall numbers are duplicated across regions, so you can't just search by number if you're in the wrong section.
