I've eaten in vegan restaurants all over the country, and live in Manhattan, and I'm totally convinced that Horizons is the best out there. I've been a supporter since they opened in Philly and the Pacific Rim tofu is tempting every time. They serioulsy make the best tofu dishes, I don't know how they do it. I love this place and it's really hard not to go when I'm in town. the service just keeps geting better and better, but perhaps that's because they know me now!
