- service/atmosphere is everything
I've been a few times now and the atmosphere between Manager(?) and other staff always seems awfully strained. Customer focus is everything and although they'd go out of their way to help you re health food queries the cafe seems to be an irritation to the Manager, the fresh salads houmous etc are absolutely delicious but I do feel it is a bit overpriced so won't be going back to eat. Please sort out your differences staff members as the atmosphere was QUITE uncomfortable on both my recent visits and I think most of us would hope this to be a relaxing and harmonious place not the sort of place you leave with an anxiety knotted stomach!
