- VVF = Very Vegan Friendly
In a city where seafood is almost a lifestyle, it was heaven to find a place where the owners understood us when we talked about seitan, lentils and vegan requirements! Call ahead or stop-by to explain you're vegan and the chef will bend backwards to prepare a tasty, gourmet fare. We gave them "carte blanche" and had a delightful meal consisting of a creamy (soy) lentil soup, risotto and chocolate fondue. Definitely a place we'd recommend in a very nice and comfortable setting. The shop next to the restaurant also offers take-away food. The chef is also very aware of food allergies and other requirements such as Gluten Free, Fat Free, Sugar Free, etc.
