- QiVaSou Steamed Organic Food
QiVaSou is a new restaurant in Munich. The chef in charge has tranined under a number of internationally renovwned international chefs. The basic features of the cuisine are: Only organic ingredients, all is steamed. I have only been there once. THe soup was excellent, the chicken-shrimp burger didn't quite work. So it is a mixed review here. What i absolutely loved was the interior design, the result of Munich's much admired and always cutting edge Azar Shirvani. It is modern, elegant and in tune with nature witout looking poor! The design is already worth a visit.
