Village Foods has a good selection of organic vegetables and fruits that I can't find at either HEB or Brazos Natural Foods. They also carry several types of spices, beans, and grains in bulk. Between Village Foods, Brazos Natural Foods, and HEB tower point, I can usually find a nice variety of organic produce. The staff is very friendly and they make sure the check out lines are short.
