This little health food store really focuses on supplements and dry goods, like grains, tea, dried fruit, oils, baking supplies, etc. They do sell some organic (mostly non-vegan) baked goods at the counter, and there is a fridge with some mock meats and hummus and stuff. If you are looking for something ready-to-eat, go to Biomarkt on Zwätzengasse. If you can speak German, very friendly and helpful!
