They just opened 3 days before my visit, I called prior to going, I saw the little write up of Cafe Elite on this site and thought that they were too good to be true...the lady working (kim) is super nice and smiley. I ordered the american panini which was super tasty. I also ordered a piece of cake to go, but before doing so had to ask if they used honey for anything her response was great "this is all vegan" i felt silly for asking but was please by her response. Updated from previous review on Wednesday September 15, 2010 Ordered the Thanksgiving Feast, it was so good, it was a TON of food enough for 2 meals...Had some the Thanksgiving and leftovers the following night. The pumpkin pie was probably the best pumpkin pie I've ever had...If i'm still in TX next thanksgivign, i'll definitely be ordering it again. Oh and I removed the Con of not being open sunday, since they are now.
