  • Excellent Gourmet-Quality Veg Dining

I went here for the first time last weekend. Got the pecan seitan and raw spinach/pesto pasta dish... it was as high quality vegan dinner as i've ever had. could have easily been served at one of NYC's top vegan restaurants, except it was half the price. vegan dessert (raw sundae) was excellent too... so good that we returned the next day for sunday brunch, which included vegan versions of all kinds of breakfast staples in a vegan form (grits, biscuits, etc.)including the chef's rendition of bacon, using dehydrated mushrooms -- it tasted exactly like bacon. the chef's got SKILLS! I'll definitely be returning.
