- Best vegetarian restaurant in Portugal!
Thanks to Happy Cow, we've tried a fair number of restaurants during our holiday in Portugal. In Oporto and Lisbon there's a surprising number of restaurants but Terra is in another league to most of them! This would be a great restaurant anywhere in the world: superb food, tasty and colourful, miles away from the "vegetarian diet" you find in so many places, real vegan desserts, wine... And then there is the decor, the friendly staff and a secluded garden where we ate even though it's almost November! An inter wall with awards and press clipings testifies to the popularity of Terra! Which takes me to the only drawback of the restaurant: arrive early as it can get crowded! Terra is a great reason to visit Lisbon again!
