I live in Madrid right now and I love this place. The people working speak english (which for me is frustrating when I'm trying to practice Spanish and they don't let me, but what can you do?) The meal deal is good...plenty of food, at least for me (but I'm kind of small) and costs 6.90 euros, or you can get salad or something else. This one is really easy to find if you just take the metro to sol, it's visible from the plaza on one of the corners.
