Their selection is not huge but it is fairly good stuff. Some of the prices are horrible. I never buy fruit there because they are priced too high. The bulk items (mostly nuts and grains) actually are some of the best prices in town. They have fresh; custom smoothies that you can order that are pretty good. I do like the fact that most of what they have is organic and they have items you can't find anywhere else in town (like buckwheat flour.) They clearly mark what is vegan or not. Some problems are that the frozen food selection is very limited, the popcorn has made me sick in the past, and sometimes they have a video of Gary Null taking about how AIDS is caused by processed foods or something. Personally, it creeps me out but maybe you agree with him.
