Great staff and food at insanely good prices. All of the fried appetizers are wonderful, with an emphasis on the samosas. Their Oriental crispy noodles are the best I have had in Phnom Penh. Soups are solid (Malaysian curry is delicious), ambience nice and peaceful. Closed on Sunday and they generally take the last order around 7:45PM.
