- Vedge at the wedge
I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. A great place with food this is actually great for is vegetarians and vegans! The trio appetizer is wonderful with a red pepper hummus, olive & caper tapenade & an artichoke spread. I also had the vedge pizza topped with arugula. This is how real pizza tastes! No soggy crust here! The crispy, charred crust was perfect with good quality, fresh toppings. They also serve meat items but have wonderful options for those of us that prefer to not eat animals! I eat at the Bricktown location. It is a cool, funky, dive place. It is now one of my favorite places!
