  • Extremely salty food

I went to Wabi Sabi with high expectations, but was sorely let down by the lack of variety of dishes. (They only have three main meals.) Also, all the food was very very salty. My blood pressure shot right up after dinner was over. However, all is not lost. The interior decor is nice and cosy, and the noodle house is situated in The Collective, which is a nice, former car warehouse converted into a shopping ground. I'd go back again, not so much for the food, but for the presence of the other shops in the area. The only thing I really liked was the dumplings (even though they too, were swimming in a sea of salt and soy sauce.) The skin was crispy and the fillings were tasty. Three dumplings per plate are not enough!!!
