One of the things I like best about Simple Cafe, besides the great food and the open, light environment, is the fact that the locally source as much of their food as possible from organic farms. That means when you eat at Simple, you're getting exceptionally fresh and nutrient-rich chow. And of course, they have their own bakery, so that's fresh too. Yummy.
