• I Love the BOP!

After reading the BOP's previous review I felt compelled to chime in with my own opinion of this stellar pizza joint. Since opening last June the menu has changed - a lot - they are *very* clear on the menu as to what is Vegan, Vegetarian, and also Gluten-Free. The servers have been extremely knowledgeable and understanding about the various dietary restrictions in our group, going so far as to make outstanding recommendations. (I'm dairy and gluten-free so the GF Beet Pizza is WHERE IT'S AT!!!) True, they have remained true to Napoletano style in that they do not have soy or nut cheeses, instead relying on innovative vegan sauces. The cannenelli bean sauce lends a creamy, moist texture to vegan pizzas - a standout on the Beet. This has been our go-to restaurant for the past several months, and we love it!
