Finding this was a bit difficult but well worth the time looking in the end. Ordered com suat (rice with assorted vegetables and mockmeats) which was a little bit bland but still okay or even good (depending on what you're used to). There wasn't anything bad really. There were student and older guests, the food still arrived after a few minutes. It's a bit difficult to find, maybe this can help: Go to Ta Quang Buu street. When coming from Dai Co Viet you got to turn right in the "ngo" (alley) 40, then in there again right into the "thach" 8 and there it's the third alley on the left, called 2/3.
