Tried Rosetta's once during recent vacation in Asheville. Our dishes were delicious. I've been a vegetarian for so long I don't remember what a "real" Rueben tastes like, but this version was darn good. Spouse had the beer battered tempeh "wings" - great flavor. Vegan queso made me forget my weakness for cheese. Very comfortable place - not upscale. You order at the register and then a server brings your food to you.
