  • First class vegan cuisine

Sprig and Vine serves the best food I have ever tasted. It just happens to be vegan. Fresh, delicious, expertly cooked, without the frying, grease, salt, and sugar that some vegan places rely on to lure in meat-eaters and "compensate" for the vegan menu. The menu changes regularly depending on what is available locally and seasonally, but it is all mouthwatering. The Za'atar Grilled Oyster Mushrooms are incredible, as are the Jasmine Seared Ricecakes with Vegetables. But really, I've never had anything bad here. One warning: don't overeat until you feel sick, as my husband and I both did on our first visit. The decor is modern and kinda zen and minimalist. The staff are super nice and very helpful in explaining the various menu options. Oh, I wish Sprig and Vine would open a restaurant in Princeton... Princeton Shopping Center has a few available spots. Lots of vegans in Princeton. How about it, guys?
