I've lived in Manizales for nearly a year now, and I only just found Govinda's - despite it's central location, there is no sign and it's upstairs.. look for the man in the Krishna robes at the bottom of the stairs. Food is good, and a great deal - 6000 for juice, soup, main and dessert.
