What makes this place special is the owner. A friendly, chatty Vietnamese woman who keeps the place spotless. She personally bakes the choc brownies, choc chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, apple pie, lemon meingue pie (lime pie on the menu) and bread. I would recommend the pumpkin pancake with home made syrup. The iced coffee is good. The best value in town by far. Popular with ex-pats and long term western volunteers who pop in all day for snacks to eat in or take-out.
