  • Buffet heaven and amazing menu

I have been here so many times, but every time, I am so happy. The trick is to go for the weekend buffet - it is about $15 then tax and tip. Ok, sure, it is about $20, but, you have so many choices. There is salad. There is a puri station - oh my goodness, there is a puri station. There are 2 soups: sambar and some other one (rasam?). There is stir fry. There are curries. There are veggies- green beans and eggplant. There are iddly (lentil donuts) and utthapam (thick savory pancakes). There is biryani. There are dosas. There are protein sources/ legumes /fake meat (dal, chick peas). There is something for everyone. It is so good, you will be very happy you went. If you are vegan, ask for what you can vs. cannot eat. If there is paneer in it, don't eat it. The rice dishes may also have dairy. The desserts have honey and/or dairy. Don't be afraid to ask - then, just be aware, and you'll be fine. If you order from the menu, you'll also be pleasantly surprised. The food offerings here are too numerous to choose from including idly, dosas, pakora, curries, pullav, uppatum and Indo-Chinese dishes. Better go in a group to share more! They have the best, fluffiest basmati rice, and I love it! The entrees are very generous portion sizes, so you will not be disappointed. Loved it all! Updated from previous review on 2016-08-16
