- What a great hotel and restaurant!
We only stayed for one night - but wished we had stayed for more. The hotel is clean and lovely and smart. It is in a very nice part of a very nice town and quite close to Lake Konstanz. The restaurant served us a great three course Vegan set dinner which was amazing. I had a wonderful vegetable soup with a white foam on it, there homemade croutons and little mini celery slices on a side dish which I put into the soup. Simple flavours really well executed and artfully presented. Breakfast buffet was massive with all kinds of vegan food. The owners of the hotel own a vegan cosmetics company so all of the products in the hotel are totally vegan. This would be a great hotel to stay at whether you are vegan or not.
